Wildflower Practice Weekend
On March 31, 2000, TnT headed down to Lake San Antonio, site of the Wildflower Triathlon, for a weekend of training and fun.

Albertsons. A little slice of Heaven. No trip to Lake San Antonio is complete without a two-hour layover there.

Of course I have time for a picture. Traffic? What traffic?

Amy and Karen strike a pose while their whipping boy Tripp kneels in tribute.

Just before the big ride on Saturday. The Olympic group covered 40 miles that morning, while he-man Paul rode 56.

Eden and I take a water break at the halfway point.

Maybe if we hide by the tents we won't have to swim later.

Marcy contemplates the importance of stretching. Or perhaps she is trying to sneak a peak. You be the judge.

Eden and her favorite North Face pullover. She hasn't taken it off since she bought it last month. It used to be red, by the way.

"Please sir, I want more." Unwilling to wait in line for seconds, Paul tries to scam some grub off of Phil and Eden.

Sue brought her black lab Pepper with her to Wildflower. Pepper actually succeeded in scamming a slice of apple pie off of Eden's plate.
